Development of a software for dealing with odors complaints
Based on meteorological data, health risk assessment methodology and cartography, we developed a software which allows to record odors complaints, analyze the risks of their occurrence and substantiate answers to them. The software increases the speed of response to public complaints and creates a reputation for environmentally and socially responsible enterprise.
Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment - Compliance or New Opportunities?
Greenhouse gas emissions were assessed in accordance with Russian and international methodologies for Scope 1, 2 and 3 - along the entire value chain. Based on the data received, we prepared CDP report and uploaded it on the platform. This not only contributed to better management of greenhouse gas emissions in the company, but also improved its climate rating.

Based on the analysis of regulatory, methodological, informational and analytical materials, we identified climatic factors (physical and transitional) that are most significant for companies in the oil refining sector, with reference to the regions of production facilities location. The information obtained contributes to the adequate management decisions aimed at minimizing the risks and uncertainties caused by climate change.
he performance indicators initially adopted in the project are supplemented by an assessment of the effectiveness of project activities that reflect the sustainability of the introduction of technologies for adaptation to climate change. Such an extended assessment of the project (economic, social and environmental efficiency) helped to adjust the process of technology dissemination and provide investors with the necessary information.

The risk-oriented approach is integrated into the current management system of the object of negative impact, as a tool for objective assessment and monitoring of the most acute environmental situations. This made it possible to increase the efficiency of managing the problem object, create a reliable evidence base, establish interaction with stakeholders and strengthen the socially responsible image of the enterprise.

An effective Climate Strategy has been developed — a system-forming document defining the Company's policy and activities in the climate sphere. The Company's rating and access to new markets in a highly competitive environment depend on competent and consistent actions to reduce the carbon footprint within the framework of a strategically sound and tactically verified climate program of the Company. Partners, investors and consumers of the Company expect meaningful climate actions.
Using the methods and standards approved by the UN and recognized in Russia, the ecosystem assessment of the company's forest climate projects was carried out. Qualitative and quantitative assessments of a wide range of ecosystem services gave a more objective idea of the adaptive effectiveness of climate initiatives, increased the effectiveness of the existing climate strategy and are used in the formation of reporting indicators in Russian and international rating platforms.
