Natural Resources of the Yaroslavl Region: Report on the Results of Work in 1996-1997.

The report shows the results of the work that was conducted as the beginning of the creation in the Yaroslavl region of a market-oriented system for assessing natural resources compatible with the UN system. The obtained results allowed to make conclusions on the cost indices of resource use, as well as on the directions of reforming the system of taxation of natural resources in the Yaroslavl region.
