The Ethnocultural Factor in the Natural Resources Management in Local Rural Areas: the Methodological Aspect

The book is devoted to the most important problem of the development of such multinational country as Russia in the era of globalization - taking into account the ethnocultural factor in environmental management and environmental protection of the of local rural areas. The main attention is paid to recommendations on the prevention of ethnic conflicts related to environmental management and environmental protection. There is substantiation of leading role of the program-oriented approach in implementing mechanisms for joint use of power in territories with a multinational population. The book specifies main environmental management tools that most effective for the prevention of ethnic conflicts, as well as the features of monitoring the development and implementation of programs and action plans in the field of environmental management and environmental protection for multinational territories.
