The Economic Mechanism of Biodiversity Conservation in the Park "Pleshcheyevo Lake"

The book contains the results of work on the topic "Development of a mechanism for the conservation of biodiversity in the national park on the basis of economic assessment of natural resources", implemented with the support of the Federal Service for Supervision in the field of nature management (Rosprirodnadzor) in the national park "Pleshcheyevo Lake" and aimed at improving the efficiency of biodiversity conservation." The results of the economic assessment of natural resources, biodiversity and ecosystem services provided by the national park "Pleshcheyevo Lake" are included in the book, along with a comparative analysis of the distribution of income from the use of natural complexes of the territory and the costs that maintain the flow of income. There is a mechanism of biodiversity conservation in the national park "Pleshcheyevo Lake," which is basically a sequence of management procedures aimed at improving the management of the national park, developed on the basis of research results. The publication is of interest to specialists in the field of environmental economics, territorial environmental management, business representatives, a wide range of public, students and graduate students of economic, geographical and environmental faculties of universities, as well as all interested persons.
