National Innovation System and Rational Environmental Management: Training Manual

The book describes the prerequisites for the creation of the natural resource block as part of the National Innovation System (NIS) and main features of it, the detailed characteristics of the mechanisms of state stimulation of innovation activity in the natural resource sphere are given, the main directions and tasks of the scientific and technical policy for the formation of a natural resource block within the NIS. The analysis of the current situation was carried out to make recommendations on the formation of a natural resource block within the National Innovation System of Russia from the standpoint of ensuring the rational use of natural resources and the implementation of state control and supervision in the field of environmental management. The scientific and methodical manual is intended for students in the system of raising the qualifications of specialists in the field of environmental management in the conditions of the country's transition to an innovative development scenario.
