Leading experts of “Resources and Consulting” took part in a seminar – Russia, the UK and the world on the course of the low-carbon development

   The seminar was organized by the Forum “Oil and Gas Dialogue” of the IMEMO and the Center for Energy Efficiency – XXI.
   The seminar was attended by representatives of the Federation Council, the Russian Energy Agency, the embassies of Great Britain, Hungary, the Netherlands, the United States, the United States Department of Energy, the United Nations Development Program, the Petroleum Advisory Forum, Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, Eurochem, Rosneft, Sberbank, Lomonosov Moscow State University, MGIMO, Skolkovo, etc.
   The participants discussed urgent problems of the Russian and global oil and gas sector, the latest trends in the development of national and global energy, the implementation of low-carbon technologies in Russia, opportunities for acceleration and the risks of falling behind.
