Integrated risk and risks to human health in environmental management in terms of transit to the new economy (for example, the industrial zones of the city of Yaroslavl)

The article shows the role of integrated risk and health risks in terms of growth of risk- taking in the transition to the new economy. Considered by the Russian and foreign experience of risk management for interdisciplinary interaction resource managers involved in the management procedures. Project development of integrated sanitary protection zones of the city of Yaroslavl with regard to the methodology of risk assessment to human health from pollution of atmospheric air has revealed new opportunities for the optimization of environmental costs and improve the quality of environmental management.
