Local Action Plan for Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development of Pervomaisky Municipal District for 2005-2010.

The local action plan for the protection of the environment and sustainable development of the Pervomaisky municipal district is based on the experience in the preparation and implementation of municipal programs and decisions of local government aimed at improving the efficiency of the use of natural resources developed in accordance with the current regulatory and legal documents of local government and taking into account the main provisions of administrative reforms in the natural resource sector. The action plan is aimed at stimulating sustainable development of the region on the basis of effective use of natural resources and environmental protection, as well as increasing investment attractiveness.
