Estimation of greenhouse gas emissions and development of measures to reduce them
Every year, the control over greenhouse gas emissions tightens as well as requirements for enterprises in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving energy efficiency of production in the face of global climate change. The Paris Climate Agreement of 2015, developed following up upon the Kyoto Protocol of 1997, was a turning point in global climate policy. The agreement combines the collective goal of limiting global temperature rise with nationally determined contributions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
